Hello! My name is Marion, and I come from Pauillac near Bordeaux, in the heart of the world-famous Médoc vineyards. Even though I learnt about wine, I decided to leave home early and get some experience in the service industry, working in Auvergne and doing seasonal jobs as a waitress, in the Alps in winter and Corsica in summer. I finally chose to improve my English and my professional skills in the restaurant trade and spent over three years in the south of England, and this is where I met Jean. I ended up as an assistant manager in a renowned Stockbridge hotel-restaurant.

Hello! I am Jean (French name for John), and I come from Saint-Malo in Brittany. I have two other children Max, and Kristelle; they both live in Hampshire with their mother.

I have two businesses in England, both involving selling fresh shellfish to the UK and European market. It is my work but also a passion which I have been developing during the last 23 years that I have lived in England. I was already picking mussels and winkles on the beach when I was a kid in Saint-Malo!

My main hobby is wine (oenology), where it comes from, how it is made, everything about it really, but especially - as we all probably agree - testing and enjoying it! I also like watching birds in the garden and going for long walks in the countryside. I love Nature.

We have decided to come back in France in order to raise our baby girl Emmy with our French traditions!
